A $99 diagnostic fee covers the technician's visit. If you approve the repair, the $99 is applied toward the total. If you decide not to proceed, the $99 covers the visit. Same-day calls are not priced differently from standard appointments.

Yes. Customers 60 and over and anyone who has previously booked a repair with us receive 20% off labor. The discount applies to the labor portion of the quote and cannot be combined with other promotions. We may ask for proof of age for the senior discount.

Yes. Orange County is our primary service area, and we also serve nearby Los Angeles County Gateway Cities: Pico Rivera, Whittier, Downey, Long Beach, Montebello, Santa Fe Springs, and Norwalk. Pico Rivera is about 16 miles from our Stanton base, so same-day appointments are available most weekdays.

Yes. Orange County is our primary service area, and we also serve select Riverside County cities: Corona, Norco, and Eastvale, plus neighboring Chino and Chino Hills. Corona is about 22 miles from our Stanton base via the CA-91. Our Riverside County technician is based on the Riverside side of the county, so for these western cities we book the next available visit, usually within a day or two, and offer same-day only when a technician is already routed nearby. Further east we cover the Coachella Valley, including Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert, which sit on that technician's regular routes, so same-day is available there whenever his schedule is still open.

Yes. In four Los Angeles County cities, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Pasadena, and Manhattan Beach, we run a premium-brand service covering Sub-Zero, Viking, Wolf, Miele, Thermador, Dacor, DCS, and the Bosch premium lines. We have a technician based in Los Angeles, so same-day appointments are available when that schedule is open, and the diagnostic fee is a flat $99 credited toward the repair.
